Job Description:

Currently we have some opening with us for Associate Talent Acquisition for Bangalore location.

This would be on a contract (Third party payroll)

Role:Associate – Talent Acquisition

Roles & Responsibilities:

Sourcing of quality profiles for various IT Skills

Responsible for managing the Full recruitment life cycle from understanding the requirement and furnishing them with relevant profiles.

Identify candidates using different sourcing methodologies like referrals, Job search portals, internal database and web postings.

Should be able to build strong referral networks.

Associating with the vendors for the relevant profiles for the requirements.

Profile Database Management.

Setting up interviews with the interview panel

Following up with candidates till they are on-board.

Job timings 8:30 to 6:00 (Open to work on weekends if required).

Desired Profile:

Good communication skills, Interpersonal Skills, Go Getter

Education:Full Time MBA-Specialized in HR

60% Scores in Scholastically, Graduation & Masters is must.
