Indian Navy SSC Officer in Technical Branches Course Jan 2011, April 2010
Applications are invited from unmarried candidates who fulfill eligibility conditions of Nationality as laid down by the Government of India for grant of Short Service Commission (SSC) in Technical (Engineering (E) & Electrical (L)) Branches of the Indian Navy for Course Commencing Jan 2011.
Eligibility Conditions:
Age: Age & Block dates for the different entires of Technical Branches are as follows:
Technical (General Service) Branch ('E' & 'L'): 19 1/2 to 25 years (born between 02 Jan 1986 to 01 Jul 1991, both dates inclusive)
Submarine Cadre ('E' & 'L'): 19 1/2 to 25 years (Born between 02 Jan 1986 to 01 Jul 1991)
Educational Qualification: For year BE/ B.Tech Engineering Degree qualified with minimum 60% marks in aggregate from a recognized university with one of the following streams:
Technical Branch (General Service):
Engineering Branch (E): 'Mechanical' OR 'Production' OR 'Marine' OR 'Control' Or 'Aeronautical'
Electrical (L) Branch: 'Electrical' OR 'Electronics' OR' Avionics' OR 'Instrumentation & Control' OR 'Telecommunication'
Submarine Cadre:
Engineering Branch: Mechanical
Electrical Branch: 'Electrical' OR 'Electronics' OR 'Control' Or 'Telecommunication'
